CHANGE STARTS WITH ONE CONVERSATION. IF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS AFFECT YOU, YOU'RE NOT ALONE
We offer confidential, one-to-one counselling for individuals, families and significant others affected by mental health challenges and problematic alcohol or substance use.
With qualified counsellors across Fife, you will be seen within 21 days, allowing you to access support when you need it.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, or concerns around alcohol or substance use, we provide a safe space to explore what is happening and what needs to change.
