Our confidential one-to-one counselling is for anyone affected by substance use, including individuals, families. Sessions are tailored to each person’s goals, whether that’s controlled drinking, abstinence, or gaining emotional clarity. We use a collaborative, integrative model that includes motivational interviewing and a recovery-focused approach. This ensures that each client receives support that reflects their unique circumstances, values, and aspirations.
Counselling sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the emotional, psychological, and practical challenges associated with substance use. Whether someone is just beginning their recovery journey or seeking support to maintain progress, our service is designed to meet them where they are.
Fast Forward is a therapeutic group designed to support ongoing sobriety. It revisits relapse prevention strategies and reinforces tools explored during individual counselling sessions. The group setting encourages peer support, shared reflection, and mutual encouragement, helping participants stay focused on their recovery goals.
Group therapy can be especially beneficial for those who feel isolated in their recovery, offering connection and insight from others with similar experiences.
We offer in-house EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy to help individuals process traumatic memories and reduce symptoms of PTSD. Delivered by trained professionals, EMDR provides a structured, evidence-based approach to healing emotional distress and restoring psychological stability. This therapy is particularly valuable for clients whose substance use is linked to unresolved trauma, offering a pathway to deeper healing.
Our Single Session Therapy is a focused, one-off intervention designed to address specific challenges such as stress, relationship issues, or anxiety around a particular event. It’s ideal for those seeking immediate support without committing to longer-term counselling. These sessions are goal-oriented and practical, helping clients gain clarity and take meaningful steps forward.

Project Shield is our dedicated counselling service for veterans and their loved ones. We offer one-to-one support within five days of referral, followed by optional group work. In partnership with Vector 24 Transport, we help remove barriers to accessing care, ensuring veterans can reach the support they need. Project Shield also includes a dedicated EMDR referral pathway to address trauma and PTSD, offering tailored support for those who have served.
Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) is a time-limited, goal-oriented approach to psychotherapy that emphasizes finding solutions rather than dwelling on issues, it focuses on a client's present circumstances and future goals by building on their strengths, resources, and past successes. Instead of a deep dive into past issues, SFBT helps clients construct solutions to problems in the here and now.
