Retention Team

KY Clubs

KY Clubs offer an informal, welcoming space for people experiencing challenges with substance use. Participants can access support from a range of services, including NHS Addiction Services, housing support, harm reduction specialists, dental care pathways and food parcels. KY Clubs also link directly to our triage service, ensuring anyone attending can be connected to the support they need.

Retention Team

The Retention Team supports individuals throughout their recovery journey by helping them attend key appointments, particularly with NHS Addiction Services, and by encouraging continued engagement with community based and wellbeing support. Their role is to ensure people stay connected, supported and motivated as they progress.

NFO Team

Hospital Liaison Team

Retention Team

The Near Fatal Overdose Team works in partnership with the Scottish Ambulance Service to support people who have experienced life-threatening risk due to their substance use. This dedicated wrap-around outreach team provides ongoing support and makes referrals into appropriate services, tailored to each individual’s needs.

Hospital Liaison Team

Our Hospital Liaison Team provides intensive support to individuals most affected by their substance use following a hospital stay. As patients leave hospital, the team ensures they receive relevant advice, practical guidance and connection to appropriate services. They also open pathways into recovery through a wide range of tailored support options.

ASIST

Hospital Liaison Team

Hospital Liaison Team

Our ASIST team is made up of two dedicated addictions workers and four hospital navigators. The addictions workers deliver information sessions, work collaboratively with housing services and support individuals with more complex substance use needs. Our hospital navigators are based in A&E, providing additional support to people experiencing housing challenges and substance-related issues, ensuring they are safely connected to the right services.

We provide on-the-spot assessments, harm-reduction advice, guidance on safer choices and direct links to counselling and wider support, helping people reduce risk, build confidence and take meaningful steps forward.
